The fall retreat at horton haven starts tomorrow and it’s going to be absolutely amazing! I’m not going to be there till saturday though, ’cause I’m going to a friend’s 18th birthday party (long story). But anyway, I haven’t seen most of these people since like january, and some since november. And these people are like my bestest friends ever!

But I need to go finish packing. I’ll write about the party and the retreat when I get back

I’m pretty sure I lost my mind the other day. I have an amazing life, good friends, and most importantly, some pretty incredible stuff to look forward to. Stuff to look forward to like I never had in California. But I was wishing we’d never moved. Just because we had more money in California.

I would’ve traded the most amazing, life-changing summer of my life for a nicer house. The most amazing stuff to look forward to for better clothes.

I’m glad I came to my senses, because life is good. And I’m excited to see what God’s going to do next, because it looks like it’s going to be even more amazing…

well, I’ve been working on this one post for about a week now (it’s pretty much my life story, so it’s kinda long) and I logged in today to write a little more, and it was gone! Luckily, I start most of my posts out of a notebook. But still.

Oh well… I guess I’ve got some typing to do tomorrow.

It’s valentines day, and lately it’s been kinda tough. I’m not in a dating relationship (though some of my friends think I am), and I don’t want to be. But sometimes, like right now, that can be hard. Most of my friends are either dating or wish they were, and there’s a lot of pressure to do what everyone else is doing.

Sometimes it’s hard to trust that God knows what He’s doing. But I know he does. He knows what He’s doing and what’s best for everyone involved.

And since none of you know me, I doubt anyone has even the slightest clue what that was about. So it was kinda pointless, sorry.

It’s been snowing all day. Which doesn’t happen in middle tennessee. Ever. If you don’t believe me, look it up on google or something.
